Erosion, o álbum de estreia dos portugueses e metaleiros progressistas Process Of Guilt está a ser bem recebido pela crítica, seja cá ou lá fora.Na revista LOUD! de Agosto de 2009 (clicar na imagem para leitura) diz-se, por exemplo, que é «uma das bandas nacionais com mais potencial para virem a ser um caso sério, artisticamente falando» ou que, «pegando no esqueleto de doom, aplicando-lhe algum estrutura do pós-rock e a abrasividade do sludge, não há comparações directas fáceis.»
A inglesa Rock-A-Rolla (SET/OUT 2009) também publicou o seguinte comentário sobre o álbum Erosion: «The sophomore full-length from the progressive doomsters, Erosion follows the recent split with avant-black metal oddity Caina and it's further evidence of why this Portuguese band may yet emerge as the frontrunners in a genre that's moving forward, much like the music itself, at a geological pace.»
E continua: «Refreshingly different, their particular brand of death/doom is atypical of either traditional doom or any other sub-genre you care to think of. Never afraid to step some way out of the comfort zone, POG draw influence from death metal right through to Neurosis, ultimately producing something uniquely their own.»
