Riesling Icewine is a Canadian specialty, a heavenly nectar that comes from the cold. It is made from graves that are naturallly frozen by cold on the vine at -8º C. These late harvest grapes are harvested and then pressed while cold. Only 15% of the juice in the grape remains unfrozen and this nectar is both sweet and concentrated.
